At Full Circle Pediatric Solutions, we’re dedicated to serving children with varying needs and abilities, along with their families, so they can reach their full potential. We believe in providing high-quality, ethical services to allow for individualized growth and development of life-long skills by supporting the whole child—full circle.

We created Full Circle Pediatric Solutions in 2019 based on our shared goal of providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children and adolescents with varying needs and abilities.

We encourage active collaboration with parents and/or the school team throughout the duration of our services. Research indicates that engaging all who interact with the child in the treatment planning process leads to better generalization of skills across settings as it allows for multiple opportunities for the child to learn and practice new skills. Our goal is to build strong relationships and help the family as a whole provide effective, consistent, and reinforced learning opportunities outside the therapy sessions in order to achieve the best outcomes for the child.

M.S., CCC-SLP — Owner / Speech Language Pathologist 
Jaclyn is originally from Harvey in rural North Dakota. She has experience working with the pediatric population in both the school and private practice settings. Jaclyn also has experience working in Early Intervention with children from birth to three years old. She holds the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and is licensed to practice in North Dakota. Jaclyn highly values the relationships she builds with her clients and their families and enjoys supporting the generalization of skills into the natural environment. Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. Areas of interest:

Britney Bachmeier

Psy.S., NCSP, BCBA, LBA — Owner / Behavior Analyst 
Britney is originally from Harvey, North Dakota. She has several years of experience working in the public school system serving students ages 3–21 and supporting schools is still her passion! Britney is a board certified and North Dakota licensed behavior analyst and nationally certified school psychologist. Additionally, she has graduate certificates in Organizational Behavior Management and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Britney teaches continuing education coursework through NDSU and is an RBT Evaluator with Certification Central. Outside of work, Britney enjoys spending time with her family and friends (especially being an aunt!), traveling, sports, reading, and will never turn down a good adventure!

Jolene, originally from Jamestown, ND has called Fargo home for her professional working career. She is a graduate of the University of Mary, Bismarck with a Business Administration degree. She has worked in various medical offices in Fargo for many years. She also worked for a short time in the agricultural field. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, grandchildren, traveling, concerts, redecorating and meeting new people.

Brooke is originally from Barnesville, MN and has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of North Dakota. In addition to previously working as an administrative assistant, she also has experience working in special education supporting students and families. In her free time, Brooke enjoys binge watching Netflix shows, working out, spending time with her dog, Finley, and hanging out at the lakes in the summer.

Jolie is originally from New Salem, ND and is working towards her degree in Human Development and Family Sciences at North Dakota State University. After graduation, she plans to attend graduate school to become a Speech Language Pathologist. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, sewing, and reading as well as watching her younger brothers play football and basketball.

McKayla is originally from Hazen, ND, but recently returned to ND after spending several years in Idaho. She has a variety of experience working in medical office administration and keeps everything running smoothly! In her free time, McKayla enjoys baking, doing anything music related, and has her own business, Small and Simple Life, making calligraphy wood signs.
