Rachel has over 10 years of experience working in the school system, primarily in the Early Childhood Special Education setting working with children ages 3-5.  Rachel has her ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and is licensed to practice in North Dakota.  Rachel has received training in Visual Phonics and Picture Exchange Communication System.  Rachel and her husband Joe have three children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, various sports, cheering on the Green Bay Packers and NDSU Bison, and watching her children in their own activities.

Jaclyn also has experience working in Early Intervention with children from birth to three years old. Jaclyn highly values the relationships she builds with her clients and their families and enjoys supporting the generalization of skills into the natural environment. Britney is originally from Harvey, North Dakota. She has several years of experience working in the public school system serving students ages 3-21 and supporting schools is still her passion! Britney is a board certified and North Dakota licensed behavior analyst and nationally certified school psychologist. She is currently working toward obtaining her organization behavior management certificate and licensure as a special education director. Britney also works as an adjunct professor for the University of North Dakota teaching applied behavior analysis coursework. Outside of work, Britney enjoys spending time with her family and friends (especially being an aunt!), traveling, sports, reading, and will never turn down a good adventure!

She has a degree in physical education and serves as our ABA training manager which includes conducting behavior training for new RBTs, ensuring client programming is implemented with fidelity, and is a Safety-Care trainer for the organization. JoJo has a passion for physical fitness and wellness and embedding it into her clients' daily lives. In her free time, JoJo loves being outdoors, staying active, and spending time with her to dog, Cooper.

Kelsey is originally from Fargo, ND. She has degrees in social work and human development and family science and has spent several years working and volunteering in a variety of roles within the human service field. Kelsey has a dual role with Full Circle working overseeing the ND Autism Waiver Service Management Program and working directly with clients as a registered behavior technician. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going to the lake, and volunteering with Special Olympics.

Steve Hertz, MSOTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Steve is originally from Harvey, ND and has a master of science degree in occupational therapy from the University of Mary. He previously worked as a pediatric occupational therapist in Idaho and he and his wife have moved back to the area to be closer to family. In his free time, Steve enjoys fishing, playing rec league hockey, softball, and sand volleyball, snowboarding in the winter, and is a proud basset hound father x2.
