Rachel has over 10 years of experience working in the school system, primarily in the Early Childhood Special Education setting working with children ages 3-5.  Rachel has her ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and is licensed to practice in North Dakota.  Rachel has received training in Visual Phonics and Picture Exchange Communication System.  Rachel and her husband Joe have three children. Jaclyn also has experience working in Early Intervention with children from birth to three years old. Britney is originally from Harvey, North Dakota. She has several years of experience working in the public school system serving students ages 3-21 and supporting schools is still her passion! Britney is a board certified and North Dakota licensed behavior analyst and nationally certified school psychologist. Additionally she has graduate certificates in Organizational Behavior Management and Autism Spectrum Disorder and a Level 2 certification in Promoting Emergence of Advanced Knowledge (PEAK). Britney also provides continuing education coursework through NDSU and is an RBT Evaluator with Certification Central. Outside of work, Britney enjoys spending time with her family and friends (especially being an aunt!), traveling, sports, reading, and will never turn down a good adventure!

Laura is originally from West Fargo, ND. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and serves as our ABA Training Manager. Her main duties include conducting initial behavior training for new Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring client programming is implemented with fidelity, and ensuring all RBTs are up to date on training and supervision requirements. In her free time, Laura enjoys going on walks, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.

Kelsey is originally from Fargo, ND. She has degrees in social work and human development and family science and has spent several years working and volunteering in a variety of roles within the human service field. Kelsey has a dual role with Full Circle overseeing the ND Autism Waiver Service Management Program and working directly with clients as a registered behavior technician. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going to the lake, and volunteering with Special Olympics.

Nicholas Schulz, M.S., OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Nicholas earned his Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2015 prior to returning to school and completing his master’s degree from Keiser University- Fort Lauderdale. Nicholas has six years of experience in pediatrics as a school based therapist, autism charter school based therapist, and outpatient and community based pediatric therapist.  His clinical experiences include working with children with severe developmental delays, visual processing deficits, ASD, sensory processing disorder, reactive attachment disorder, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, fine/gross motor delays and handwriting challenges. Nicholas has worked closely with multi-disciplinary teams to foster independence in play and education. He has experience with the Handwriting Without Tears program and has attended continuing education sessions and courses for neurodevelopmental treatment and therapeutic handling, sensory integration, yoga mindfulness, rhythmic based movement therapy, and assistive technology. Nicholas continues to expand his clinical knowledge and is enjoying growing within the Full Circle family. 

McKayla Johnson

McKayla is originally from Hazen, ND, but recently returned to ND after spending several years in Idaho. She has a variety of experience working in medical office administration and keeps everything running smoothly! In her free time, McKayla enjoys baking, doing anything music related, and has her own business, Small and Simple Life, making calligraphy wood signs.
