Full Circle Pediatric Solutions has a dedicated HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer, Ethics Officer, and Quality Assurance Officer to uphold the highest standard of care across all facets of our practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oversight by Governing Boards<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Behavior Analysis Certification Board (the BACB) is the primary certifying organization in the world of Behavior Analysis and each certified member of the Full Circle team has completed the rigorous coursework, field experience hours and Board testing required to call themselves a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Each of our team members is bound by the BACB\u2019s Code of Ethics<\/a> and their pledge to protect and uphold the integrity of the field of Behavior Analysis. Additionally, all BCBAs are licensed to practice in North Dakota overseen by the North Dakota Board of Integrative Health Care<\/a>. Full Circle takes its commitment to these standards very seriously and is constantly working to ensure compliance among its own team members and to continue to promote compliance among all members of the ABA community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The North Dakota Board of Examiners on Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology<\/a> and the ND State Board of Occupational Therapy Practice<\/a> are the governing bodies overseeing the work of our Speech Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists. Similar to the BACB, this requires close adherence to their guidelines in order to practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BHCOE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Full Circle Pediatric Solutions is accredited by the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence\u00ae (BHCOE\u00ae). The BHCOE is an international accrediting body created to meet accreditation needs specific to the delivery of behavior analysis. BHCOE Accreditation\u00ae is a certification given to an applied behavior analysis organization once it has demonstrated it has met and continues to meet an assortment of standards as determined by an independent third-party evaluator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exceptional Communication and Care Coordination<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Strong partnerships and good communication amongst all of your child\u2019s providers are essential to ensure your quality experience. And because we know your time is limited and valuable, we proactively coordinate with your child\u2019s care team. This involves communicating with your child\u2019s other providers and school to ensure alignment of the treatment plan, as well as providing regular updates to make adjustments and address any issues or concerns that may arise. If needed, we also provide behavioral support for other treatments to ensure that all your child\u2019s therapies are as effective as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HIPAA<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Full Circle is committed to complying with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We recognize the importance of keeping client information safe, secure, and confidential and take this matter seriously. We have partnered with PCIHIPAA, a firm specialized in compliance and data protection, to ensure the utmost care of protected health information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, our employees maintain annual HIPAA training requirements with ongoing training provided as needed. We understand HIPAA compliance is a continual process that requires all members of our team to succeed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safety-Care<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All staff that provide direct support to clients receive ongoing Safety-Care training. Safety-Care\u00ae<\/sup> Behavioral Safety Training program provides the skills and competencies necessary to effectively prevent, minimize, and manage behavioral challenges with dignity, safety, and the possibility of change. Safety-Care provides the tools needed to be safe when working with behaviorally challenging individuals. Using up-to-date and effective technologies from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports (PBIS), the Safety-Care program provides staff with strategies for preventing and managing behavioral challenges, and teaching replacement behaviors. Safety-Care promotes a positive reinforcement based approach, and the development of new skills, resulting in fewer restraints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First-Aid\/CPR<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Basic first aid and CPR training can prove life-saving in certain medical emergencies.
