Rachel is originally from Harvey in rural North Dakota. Rachel has over 10 years of experience working in the school system, primarily in the Early Childhood Special Education setting working with children ages 3-5. Rachel has her ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and is licensed to practice in North Dakota. Rachel has received training in Visual Phonics and Picture Exchange Communication System. Rachel and her husband Joe have three children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, various sports, cheering on the Green Bay Packers and NDSU Bison, and watching her children in their own activities.
