What to expect on your first visit at Full Circle Pediatric Solutions

We want to make you and your child feel right at home with us

New experiences can be intimidating to a child of any age. At Full Circle Pediatric Solutions, we strive to make our therapy clinic a fun place for children from the beginning.

We understand the first visit can make you feel anxious, and we want to make this process easier for your child and your family. With a child-focused environment and exceptional staff, you and your child will feel right at home with us!

Here’s what to expect at your evaluation:

  • Arrive early 5–10 minutes to appointment to review paperwork and supply copy of insurance card.
  • Meet your child’s therapy team.
  • Allow approximately one hour for answering questions specific to your child. The time may vary depending on the skill level of the child, but generally, the total time for the evaluation including the interview is approximately one hour. Parents may be asked to schedule a follow-up appointment if more time is needed.
  • You may be asked to be present for parts of the evaluation.
  • It may be helpful to bring a few of your child’s preferred items, such as a snack or toy.
  • Allow one to two weeks for your therapy team to score the test results, analyze them, write the report, and find possible therapy times. We’ll then contact you to discuss the results and schedule therapy for your child.

(Please complete prior to your appointment.)

Please call us at 701–478-0221 if you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment for your child.

We’re currently credentialed with the following insurance providers:

We know you have a lot on your plate and will help you navigate the insurance process. We’ll contact your insurance company to determine which services are covered and what your obligations may be before your child starts therapy.

Also, to help you get a better understanding of the ins and outs of your coverage, we recommend that you give your insurance company a call as well.
