Britney Bachmeier
Psy.S., NCSP, BCBA, LBA — Owner / Behavior Analyst
Britney grew up in Harvey, North Dakota, and has spent her career supporting students ages 3–21 in the school and clinical setting—work that remains her greatest passion. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in North Dakota and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Britney also holds graduate certificates in Organizational Behavior Management and Autism Spectrum Disorder. At Full Circle, she partners with families, school teams, and our multidisciplinary providers to turn data into practical, everyday strategies that help kids thrive. She teaches continuing-education courses through North Dakota State University and is an adjunct professor for Minnesota State University Moorhead. Outside of work, Britney enjoys traveling, sports (Go Pack Go!), reading, and will never turn down a good adventure.

Jessica Venaas
M.S., BCBA, LBA — ABA Clinical Supervisor
Jessica is originally from Fargo, North Dakota and has experience working in both the clinical and public-school setting. Jessica has completed her master’s level coursework in special education and graduate certificate in applied behavior analysis. She is a Board Certified and North Dakota Licensed Behavior Analyst and has a Level 5 Credential in the Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment protocol. Jessica is married to her husband, Bryce and they have one daughter, Blayke. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the lakes with her family, watching sports, traveling, and going to concerts.

Kathryn Theige
M.S. BCBA, LBA — Behavior Analyst and Quality Assurance Officer
Kathryn is originally from Moorhead, Minnesota and has experience working in both the clinical and home settings. Kathryn is board certified and licensed in ND. In addition to managing a caseload, she also serves as Full Circle’s Ethics and ABA Quality Assurance Officer. She is exceptionally passionate about working with our youngest learners and has specialized training in the “Balance Program” for parent training. Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys hiking, pottery, and spending time with her family and dog Remy.

Kelsey Hanson
M.S., RBT — ABA Program Manager
Kelsie grew up in Valley City, ND. She moved to Fargo, ND in 2011 to attend NDSU where she started her undergraduate studies in Psychology. She finished her studies at UND and graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and a certificate in Behavioral Health. She then continued at UND and graduated with a M.S. in Special Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. When she’s not at the clinic, Kelsie enjoys hanging out at home with her husband and two huskies. She also enjoys outdoor activities when the weather allows such as gardening, hiking, and camping.
Amber Visina
Psy.S, NCSP, RBT — Behavior Specialist
Amber is originally from Rorketon, Manitoba and has several years of experience working in public-school settings and more recently in higher education teaching undergraduate and graduate level psychology courses. Amber is a nationally certified school psychologist and is passionate about data-based decisions making and helping children of all ages understand their strengths and reach their full potential. Amber and her husband Jordan, have two boys Carter and Wyatt. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, curling, cooking, playing boardgames/cards, and watching football and hockey with family.

Laura Mikkelsen
B.S., RBT — Learning & Development Coordinator
Laura es originaria de West Fargo, Dakota del Norte. Tiene una licenciatura en psicología y se desempeña como nuestra gerente de capacitación de ABA. Sus principales funciones incluyen la realización de la capacitación conductual inicial para los nuevos técnicos registrados en conducta (RBT), garantizar que la programación del cliente se implemente con fidelidad y garantizar que todos los RBT estén actualizados en cuanto a los requisitos de capacitación y supervisión. McKayla Scanson
B.S., RBT — ABA Program Manager
McKayla is originally from Grace City, North Dakota and has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from NDSU. McKayla oversees our RBT mentoring program, assists with training new RBTs, and providing them with ongoing support after the onboarding process. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and TV shows, hanging out with her dog and cat, and playing games with her family and friends!
Taylar Brandenburg
B.A., RBT — Quality Assurance Specialist
Taylar is originally from, Fargo, ND, and graduated from NDSU with a bachelor’s degree in social work. Taylar’s duties include all things quality assurance for our Registered Behavior Technicians. She focuses on completing training, audits, and reviews on session notes and graphing and analyzing data. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, going walks when it is nice outside, and hanging out with her dog, Charlie.
