Mental health is a household topic these days, but knowing when to reach out (or what therapy can actually offer) can still be difficult. Counseling provides a space to make sense of challenges, build on the strengths that are already there, and develop tools for moving forward. At Full Circle, we believe in supporting the whole picture of wellness, which means looking beyond a diagnosis or a single concern to understand the person and the people who support them. While we specialize in working with families and older children, we’re happy to provide counseling to adults as well.
If your child is already receiving ABA, Speech, OT, or has a neuropsychological evaluation with us, we’ll fold those insights into therapy so everyone is working from one shared plan.
We center your child’s interests, identity, and strengths. Care plans are individualized and updated as your child grows.
We coach caregivers with simple strategies you can use between visits—because small changes at home can make a big difference.
Your therapist coordinates closely with our ABA, Speech, OT, School Services, and Neuropsychology teams. That means fewer hand-offs, fewer mixed messages, and more consistent support at home, school, and in the community.
Mental health counseling can look different depending on the person, their goals, and the people who support them. At Full Circle, we offer several ways to engage in counseling so that services can fit the needs of each client and family.
Individual therapy provides a one-on-one space to understand emotions, navigate challenges, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful goals. For children and adolescents, therapy may incorporate creative activities, movement, or other approaches that make counseling developmentally appropriate and engaging.
Family therapy focuses on the relationships and patterns that shape a family’s day-to-day life. Sessions may help families improve communication, better understand one another, navigate conflict, and develop strategies for supporting each other. Sessions may take place at Full Circle or in the home environment where challenges often occur.
Group counseling brings parents together with others who are navigating similar experiences. Groups provide an opportunity to learn practical strategies, share experiences, build connection, and recognize that they do not have to navigate the challenges of parenting alone. Our parent groups may incorporate therapeutic approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) alongside time for discussion and support. Our current parenting group has openings!
